Jonathan Moore was brilliant from the start in terms of selling my dads house for him, had people in viewing in no time at all and within a week or so it was sale agreed. I live a bit away from my dads house but he took over the process of showing people around. Through the whole process his communication was seamless and he even helped me get things arranged for the buyers such as certificates and so on, as well as being the middleman to make sure everyone was on the same page when it came to the legal stuff, I just couldn't believe how easy he made it compared to the last time I sold a house. I would highly recommend these guys, they are like the amazon of house sales in terms of the service they provide. Will deffo use again should I ever need to sell a house or rent!

OK, how can I rate Nicholas Residentials services and Paul's customer care so that it actually justifies how excellent this company is. I was under enormous pressure to find a rental property for about 10 weeks. I had gone into as many agencies and was registered with all the big ones. I was only a name to them and when I sent a request to view a property I had found online, I would get an automated response to basically get rid of me without even checking who I am! Paul and Mark were able to help me achieve a much higher rate in the market than what I was privately charging, and were able to carry out back round checks which I didnt do when I managed myself, which in the past caused me issues with rouge tenants. Definitely worth paying for a management of the property to take the stress out of managing. They are both very professional have many years experience professionally and recommend very highly.
