OK, how can I rate Nicholas Residentials services and Paul's customer care so that it actually justifies how excellent this company is. I was under enormous pressure to find a rental property for about 10 weeks. I had gone into as many agencies and was registered with all the big ones. I was only a name to them and when I sent a request to view a property I had found online, I would get an automated response to basically get rid of me without even checking who I am! A friend recommended Nicholas Residentials. What a difference!!! Paul was and still is my point of contact. He asked me what I was looking for, the areas and my budget. Within a few days he found us the most perfect property. He has been responsive and dedicated from day 1 until now that we have moved in. I cannot recommend them enough. For your peace of mind and to avoid the sleepless night I had before I met them, just get yourself registered with Nicolas Residentials if you are looking for a property. Paul and Mark were able to help me achieve a much higher rate in the market than what I was privately charging, and were able to carry out back round checks which I didnt do when I managed myself, which in the past caused me issues with rouge tenants. Definitely worth paying for a management of the property to take the stress out of managing. They are both very professional have many years experience professionally and recommend very highly.
