Excellent letting agency. I leased a property in south Belfast with Nicholas residential for 12 months. The property leased was as described online from the description and photos provided. The service provided was excellent, the agency has an online dashboard where the properties itinerary including pictures from the beginning of the lease is available, receipts from each months rent are posted and maintenance issues can be reported and the resolution action taken posted. The agency is also very prompt at responding to emails and kept us well informed of upcoming viewings or maintenance would be take place. Overall a very pleasant experience with Nicholas residential.

Jonathan Moore was brilliant from the start in terms of selling my dads house for him, had people in viewing in no time at all and within a week or so it was sale agreed. I live a bit away from my dads house but he took over the process of showing people around. Paul and Mark were able to help me achieve a much higher rate in the market than what I was privately charging, and were able to carry out back round checks which I didnt do when I managed myself, which in the past caused me issues with rouge tenants. Definitely worth paying for a management of the property to take the stress out of managing. They are both very professional have many years experience professionally and recommend very highly.
