Arrange a rental valuation

Find out how much you could rent your property for with a free property valuation. Choose from a quick, online valuation or arrange for a member of our team to visit your property. Our local knowledge will enable us to give you an accurate property appraisal.

Choose your letting service

Choose a letting service that is right for you. Choose between let only, rent collection and fully managed.
Step 3

Compliance Check

Prepare your property to rent. We’ll also make sure your property is compliant and complies with letting regulation
Step 4

Marketing your property

We’ll help get your property market ready. With our professional photography, video tour and a well written description of your property, we will ensure you attract the best tenants and command the best rent. Your property will feature on the major property portals – Propertypal and Propertynews, as well as on our website and social media channels.
Step 5

Property viewings

We will conduct all viewings, and if the property is occupied, at a time suitable to your current tenant.
Step 6

Application and references

We will check the references provided in the applications submitted to narrow down the search in finding the right tenant.
Step 7

Tenancy Agreement

Once accepting a let, we will sign a tenancy agreement and other legal documentation on your behalf, along with your tenant. We will also collect the first month’s rent and deposit.
Step 8

Property let

On the day of the move in, we will carry out an inventory detailing the condition of the property before it is handed over. We will then arrange to meet the tenant to hand the keys over. That’s it – you’ve let your property! If you chose our fully managed service, our team of property managers will take care of everything from maintenance, repairs, and compliance.

Our Let Only Service includes the following:

  • Tenant vetting – obtaining employer and previous landlord references, proof of ID and address and guarantor references.
  • Collecting the deposit and first month's rent
  • Lodging and registration of deposit with TDSNI.
  • Drawing up the tenancy agreement in line with the latest legislation.
