Depending on how you would like to manage your property there are different levels of service that we can provide.

Our Let Only Service includes the following:

  • Our ARLA qualified staff will be able to give a market appraisal of your property so you can achieve the best rent.
  • Professional marketing of your property – this includes professional photography and video, the supply of a to let board outside your property and advertising across the major property portals alongside our website and social media channels.
  • Sourcing a tenant
  • Accompanied viewings
  • Tenant vetting – obtaining employer and previous landlord references, proof of ID and address and guarantor references.
  • Collecting the deposit and first month's rent
  • Lodging and registration of deposit with TDSNI.
  • Drawing up the tenancy agreement in line with the latest legislation.
