Jonathan Moore was brilliant from the start in terms of selling my dads house for him, had people in viewing in no time at all and within a week or so it was sale agreed. I live a bit away from my dads house but he took over the process of showing people around. Through the whole process his communication was seamless and he even helped me get things arranged for the buyers such as certificates and so on, as well as being the middleman to make sure everyone was on the same page when it came to the legal stuff, I just couldn't believe how easy he made it compared to the last time I sold a house. I would highly recommend these guys, they are like the amazon of house sales in terms of the service they provide. Will deffo use again should I ever need to sell a house or rent!

I have been a tenant in a property that they manage for 2 years and i have never had any issues, they have always responded to emails or calls very quickly. Paul and Mark were able to help me achieve a much higher rate in the market than what I was privately charging, and were able to carry out back round checks which I didnt do when I managed myself, which in the past caused me issues with rouge tenants. Definitely worth paying for a management of the property to take the stress out of managing. They are both very professional have many years experience professionally and recommend very highly.
